Lifesharing Program supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising the CYF Specialized Foster Care Program. Supervisor is responsible for following Specialized Foster Care Policies and procedures reflecting 3700 and 3680 regulations. Also, Interviewing and recommending prospective families as respite providers. On-Call responsibilities. 


Lifesharing Program supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising Family Living IDD Residential Program. Supervisor is responsible for following the Lifesharing Policies and Procedures reflecting ODP Bulletins and 6500 licensing regulations and Specialized Foster Care Policies and procedures reflecting 3700 and 3680 regulations. 

  • Conduct interviews with candidates and review potential employees with a Human Resources representative.
  • Conducts all hiring, promotions, and disciplinary action for program staff.
  • Conducts an evaluation of program goals from previous year, identifying accomplishments and areas of need to be used in strategic planning for the next fiscal year.
  • Conducts individual evaluations of staff performance within the set time period.
  • Defines annual strategic goals, which coincide with the mission of the service line.
  • Demonstrates compliance with Program and Institute policies and procedures. Develops outcome procedures demonstrating program effectiveness.
  • Develops, monitors, and maintains the Program within the proposed budget
  • Manage and oversee the flow of clinical paperwork related to service delivery.
  • Manage programmatic issues related to all services. Monitor and manage all cases that are either entering or are currently in services.
  • Monitor program productivity on a regular basis.
  • Oversee, direct, and coordinate all day-to-day functions of the program. Manage both clinical and administrative issues related to service delivery with other Program staff.
  • Participate in meetings and outside agency meetings as deemed necessary by supervisor.
  • Provide clinical/administrative supervision to other program staff as needed on a weekly basis.
  • Provides or coordinates effective group training and individual supervision for all program staff.
  • Supervise training and orientation to all new staff and ongoing training to current employees as per Regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with Manager/Director to develop and expand the program to meet the needs of the target population as it corresponds to the overall vision of MYCS
  • Work directly with the Department of Human Resources (HR) to screen candidates for positions within the program.


  • Bachelor's Degree in a human services field 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a behavioral health setting. 
  • At least two years supervisory experience preferred. 
  • Clinical experience in a behavioral health setting with knowledge of psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, family, individual and group treatment.
  • Experience with CFY Foster Care system preferred.
  • Experience with ID Residential Programming preferred.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
  • Act 33 Child Clearance with Renewal
  • Act 34 Criminal Clearance with Renewal
  • Act 73 FBI Clearance
  • Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation
  • Driver's License

Salary Range: $18.79 to $31.14
