Process and distribute employee identification badges to multiple business units throughout UPMC.

  • Ensure compliance with systemwide policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Facilitate the timely delivery of ID badges.
  • Greet participants at onboarding programs, take photographs, and produce new badges within the allotted timeframe, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
  • Keep management informed of trends, problems and resolutions.
  • Orders appropriate supplies, track inventory, and maintains operational equipment.
  • Process identification badges independently by monitoring and responding to customer requests in IMS and service email account.
  • Provide exceptional service as a point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Responsible for data integrity within the EpiSuite system.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required
  • Computer and keyboarding skills required
  • Ability to operate general office equipment required
  • Proficient skills in the use of Microsoft products and EpiSuite, or their identification badge operating systems preferred

    Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
  • Act 34 Criminal Clearance
