The Director, Sales is accountable for generating and developing business with regional and national nursing home chains and, more broadly, accounts in Long Term Post Acute Care (LTPAC), with a focus on the Northeast region. The Dir-Sales will focus on developing strategic partnerships with these clients and create long term relationships. The Dir-Sales, is able to establish and strengthen relationships with client regional directors and managers. He/she networks with Industry Leaders, Industry Vendors, Competitors, and participates in key industry forums. The Dir-Sales will be a leader in the identification and pursuit of new leads and opportunities within the LTPAC market. The Dir-Sales is also responsible for managing and building the sales team in the mid-atlantic region. He will utilize sales management technology tools such as a CRM to maximize performance of the sales team. The Dir-Sales will need to develop a trusted advisor role with the CEO, and the senior management team of Curavi Health.

  • Build, manage and progress healthy target customer pipeline to support (meet and/or exceed) business objectives and revenue targets aligned to company's growth roadmap
  • Contribute to the company's strategic direction, development and future growth, including interpretation of market and competitive intelligence to capture emerging opportunities
  • Determine department budgetary needs through the development of tactical sales plans
  • Develop a collaborative and positive working relationship with senior executive of all other functional areas of the organization
  • Develop metrics that measure the value of sales investments
  • Develop regional sales strategies and tactics that achieve revenue and profitability objectives
  • Establish sales processes, procedures and controls
  • Identify and hire local sales representatives, either independent or direct, as required to meet sales goals
  • Maintain regular communication with customers post implementation to monitor customer satisfaction
  • Manage relationships through the front end of the sales cycle, from prospect to customer, and transition the customer to clinical operations
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and scientific meetings
  • Support the completion of customer contracts involving the delivery of products and services
  • Work with development, marketing, clinical operations, medical affairs, and administration to optimize company success


Bachelors degree in business, healthcare management or related field is required 10 years experience in sales calling on NH's and LTPAC in the mid-Atlantic region required Sales management experience is a plus.
