This position will have shared responsibility for development, coordination, and oversight of all operational and organizational aspects of the UPMC Work Partners' Employee Health / [email protected] operations. Additionally, this position is responsible for administrative leadership, policy development, coordination, and planning for the [email protected] functions for all Workpartners clients including UPMC Health System. Responsibilities require knowledge of administrative processes, budget, personnel, and regulatory issues as they relate to [email protected]
This is a Monday - Friday daylight position that will priarily work remotely with periodic in-office work required in the US Steel Tower in downtown Pittsburgh.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all UPMC policies and procedures.
- Works collaboratively with the [email protected] Medical Directors, Administrative teams and other department administrators.
- Communicates and provides direction to [email protected] management teams.
- Helps provide administrative oversight for [email protected] operations, including the management of operating and capital budgets in order to meet operational targets.
- Assists with communication, and training sessions to aid in the coordination of services
- Provides administrative oversight for database integration, enhancements and other related data information management systems related to operations of the [email protected] Centers.
- Provides strategic insight and direction in the development and evaluation of [email protected] programs.
- Develops, monitors and supports ongoing initiatives for the [email protected] program to meet goals and objectives.
- Assumes responsibility for supporting cost containment of the program.
- Develops and institutes uniform [email protected] operations for Workpartners? clients including UPMC Health System addressing quality assurance procedures, standard operating procedures and system-wide directives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in health or business administration and five (5) years of office management experience including one year in a health care organization.
- OR Master's Degree in health or business administration and three (3) year of office management experience including one year in a health care organization.
- OR Associate's Degree in health or business administration and seven (7) years of office management experience including one year in a health care organization.
- OR High School Diploma and nine (9) years of office management experience including one year in a health care organization.
