Description
Purpose:
Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction with food service utilizing customer service skills. Delivers and serves nutritionally appropriate and attractive meals in a timely manner. Practices appropriate food handling techniques and food safety procedures in all aspects of job.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver, set up, and serve food and beverage in accordance with catering event orders.
- Provide a high level of customer service to both our internal and external client base.
- Transport and set up furniture associated with catering events.
- Process all catering orders according to menu directives in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Prepare food, beverage, and supporting equipment for transportation.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED OR 1 YR previous job experience required in lieu of HS Diploma/GED.
- Work permit required if under 18 years old.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
- Act 33 with renewal
- Act 34
- Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
