Software Engineer - Inter( Power Platform)

Under the direction of management and more senior members of the team, the Software Engineer - Intermediate (Power Platform) will contribute to the overall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by independently completing assigned projects and tasks by meeting established quality measures. The Software Engineer will be a hands on for the Centralized Quality Governance(CQG) team and other Shared Services. This role is responsible for SDLC project deliverables as well as a consulting role to lead, guide, advise, and assess others on industry best practices. The role is responsible for designing end-to-end solutions to improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing utilizing the Power Platform, Azure Logic apps, and other platforms and toolsets as required. Will also be responsible for achitecting and developing Power Apps to automate business processes, and developing integrations across the Microsoft stack using Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline business processes and enable more timely and accurate information gathering and access.   1. Ability to create Canvas apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power App Portals supporting both internal authenticated users, as well as external, unauthenticated users utilizing existing connectors to Azure, Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, REST API's, and other data sources
  2. 2+ years of Design, Build and maintain O365 business solutions, primarily configuring Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Microsoft Graph) and applying Microsoft's best practices and methodologies
  3. 2+ years of experience using APIs, SQL, SFTP, web request, database design
  4. 2+ years of experience in analyzing and refining business requirements, promoting a consistent technical approach
  5. 1+ years of experience utilizing CI/CD
  6. Working knowledge of DAX, M-Code, Power FX, Low-code/No-code language
  7. Thorough understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  8. Consulting mindset, diplomatic personality, interviewing skills
  9. Team player, proactive, positive, and can-do attitude
  10. Creative, able to initiate new ideas


  1. Familiarity with Azure services (i.e., Logic Apps and Cloud Storage) and MS PowerShell
  2. Experience with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  3. Experience with C#, Python, any UI development Framework (Angular, React, Vue, Blazor, JavaScript etc.,)
  4. Knowledge on Power Platform CoE starter tool kit
  5. Proficient in use of Microsoft’s Visual Studio Team Services (now Azure DevOps)
  6. Technical writing and presentation skills
  7. Familiarity with Web-based and Cloud-based platforms
