HR Innovation & Experience is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our crew. This role supports our recruitment marketing efforts and employment brand strategies to attract top candidates into our recruiting funnel. We need a savvy strategic collaborator to identify target talent audiences, build reports that tell a story, and ensure we're keeping up with the sourcing landscape to understand marketing and engagement trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of programs and initiatives that support sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies and goals
  • Develop and enhance audience targeting processes for personalized, omnichannel communication strategies and help govern audience creation across multiple recruitment marketing and digital platforms
  • Strategize different ways to cultivate and build marketing and talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
  • Maintain a strong understanding of broader recruitment goals
  • Develop and maintain documents and reports to support various projects
  • Ability to balance multiple, concurrent projects in support of department initiatives that may be business unit or systemwide in scope
  • Maintain an understanding of UPMC careers to support programs and initiatives
  • General involvement with all Human Resources aspects of the organization
  • Provide support, where needed, for all events and activities

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare or related field required
  • Two years of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions required OR one year of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions with completion of UPMC Summer Associates/Pittsburgh Fellows program required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to coordinate projects, manage tasks, establish priorities, make decisions, and follow issues through to resolution as directed, required
  • Strong data analytic skills and ability to understand recruiting and marketing metrics
  • Knowledge of digital and email marketing strategies to advertise to and source candidates is a plus
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite, Talent Acquisition Software/Systems, and Marketing Software/Systems is a plus
