UPMC complies with all governmental requirements related to local, state, and federal COVID-19 vaccination for employment. The Jan. 13 Supreme Court of the United States decision that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services federal COVID-19 vaccine mandate will move forward requires UPMC to ensure employees either get vaccinated or receive a requested medical or religious exemption.

UPMC Kane is a 31-bed acute care hospital.  UPMC’s active and consulting medical staff and care providers offer a broad base of primary and specialty care and services including: family and internal medicine, women’s health, surgical services, 24 hour Emergency Room (UPMC Hamot physician staffed), Center for Orthopaedics, Interventional Pain Management, the full range of rehabilitation services (physical, occupational, and speech therapies), Cardiac Rehab, UPMC Hamot cardiology and gastroenterology (digestive health) clinics, urology clinic, and eye (cataract surgery).
