Our UPMC Horizon Jameson HR team is hiring a Recruitment Researcher.  This is a regular, full-time position that works daylight hours, Monday through Friday.  Upon completion of training, flexible work arrangements may be offered to strong performers.

In this role, the Recruitment Researcher will provide overall recruitment support to members of the UPMC Horizon Jameson, St. Margaret and Passavant Talent Acquisition team. They'll be responsible for generation of candidates for various positions throughout UPMC as well as creating a pipeline of passive candidates for high-need areas.  Additionally, they'll review applications, conduct phone interviews, schedule manager interviews, run reports, and so much more!

Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying candidate calls and phone interviews.
  • Data entry for proactive candidate pipeline database.
  • Point of contact for departmental queries. Running regular reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in addition to ad hoc reporting.
  • Document creation for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Candidate generation through online sourcing.
  • Assist in the development and execution of Talent Acquisition events.
  • Employee referral management.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required and three years of progressively responsible administrative experience required (preferably in a talent acquisition environment).
    • OR Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
    • OR successful completion of the UPMC Summer Associate Program/Pittsburgh Fellows Program required.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office package is required.
  • Attention to detail, with skills in customer orientation and the ability to deal with ambiguity required.
