UPMC complies with all governmental requirements related to local, state, and federal COVID-19 vaccination for employment. Description

UPMC is hiring a General Maintenance 2 - Electrician to join the Maintenance and Facilities Team! This full-time role will work primarily daylight shift.  Regular travel to the Lemieux Sports Complex in Cranberry Township is required.  

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and prepare job site/shop.
  • Perform routine repairs.
  • Relamping and ballast replacement.
  • Maintain, clean, and inspect electrical lockers, switch gear rooms, generator rooms, etc.
  • Maintain shop equipment and minor repairs.
  • Preventive maintenance inspections of exit signs, panels and panel index.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two years general maintenance-related work experience OR completion of a trade school required. Military experience considered.


Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

  • Driver's License
  • Act 34
