Description
The Producer Relations Reporting and Commissions Analyst Associate works with Sales, Account Management, Commercial Sales Systems, and Product Administration to ensure the Producer Relations and Commissions areas function together properly. The primary responsibility is the coordination and resolution of any issues that occur in the processes owned by Producer Relations through reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate has extensive Excel experience, is flexible, determined, meticulous, and has excellent problem-solving skills.
This is a hybrid position. Employees will be required to work three days in the office and two at home.
Responsibilities:
- Create and distribute SalesForce reports for analysis and/or distribution
- Utilize Excel to perform analysis and create reports/charts/graphs, etc.
- Develop and create one-time and recurring reports based on requirements or managerial requests
- Performs variance analysis, data reconciliations and regularly reports updates
- Determine achievement of sales goals through various metric reports
- Assist the commissioning team in the management of the commissioning on an as needed basis. Report and maintain any individual movement between producers
- Assist in creating producer scorecards on a quarterly basis for external use by sales representatives and account management
- Assist other departments during periods of backlog
- Research and resolves Producer related inquiries; requires a thorough investigation of each unique situation to determine the proper course of action
- Create and maintain Producer distributions lists for Producer Email Blasts
- Participate in training programs when available/as requested
- Supports ad-hoc business requests and reporting needs
- Maintain employee, vendor, and insured confidentiality
- Perform in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors Perform other duties as assigned
- Effectively prioritize and complete all assigned tasks
- Monitor the latest industry trends and share knowledge with commissioning team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of business experience is required with a strong concentration in compensation and/or healthcare
- Competence in MS Office including Word and Outlook;
- Expertise in MS ExcelExcellent planning communication, documentation, analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks Able to work moderate overtime during peak business times, when needed
