The Center for Emergency Medicine is looking to hire a Full-Time Shipping/Recieving Coordinator for their West Mifflin location!
Purpose:
Responsible for the inventory, shipping, receiving of aviation parts for the STAT MedEvac Logistics Department.
Responsibilities:
- Shipping and receiving all incoming aircraft parts making sure all FAA paper and traceability and expiration dates are correct before placing into inventory.
- Monitoring inventory level of shop consumables for reordering and expiration dates when needed for the maintenance hangar.
- Completing all MRF parts request by removing them from inventory signing out all parts sending them to the proper site location.
- Hazmat shipments are filled out and labeled proper y so that the shipment may reach the destination without any delays or discrepancy.
- Loading and unloading incoming & outgoing freight shipments off trucks with forklift in a safe and proper manner making sure the freight is correctly prepared for shipping.
- Monitoring tool calibration for all the tools in the maintenance hangar as well as monitoring all the mechanic personal tools making sure the calibration and expiration date are competed as necessary.
Qualifications
- High school Diploma
- 2 years of shipping and receiving experience required
- FAA Inventory Experience preferred
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- Driver's License
- Act 34
