Re:Solve Crisis Network has multiple openings for Crisis Clinician II positions!  Must be able to work varying shifts and days.  We have openings in the following departments:

  • Mobile
  • Phones
  • Walk In/Overnight


  • Assist consumer in developing a crisis plan.
  • Complete consumer/family crisis assessments (face to face and telephone).
  • Manage crisis situations effectively using positive approaches.
  • Meet standards for documentation and completes all required paperwork.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary activities such as staff meetings.
  • Participate in orientation for new crisis clinicians.
  • Perform in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors.
  • Provide crisis services in a community and/or office setting.
  • Provide follow-up services to consumers by phone and/or mobile visits.
  • Provide insight & knowledge of insurance programs, processes and able to obtain authorizations as needed.
  • Provide supportive counseling to consumers to promote stability.
  • Responsible for insuring quality services by tracking follow-up sessions.
  • Serve as lead clinician and is responsible for overseeing daily team functions.
  • Support consumer and negotiates appropriate referral services.
  • Utilize specific techniques of motivational interviewing.
  • Work efficiently and independently in crisis setting.


  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work with three (3) years of clinical experience required 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work with five (5) years of clinical experience with three (3) years crisis experience will be considered. 
  • Licensure in social work (LSW/LCSW) or professional counseling (LPC) is preferred. 
  • Other fields of study may be considered with coursework of at least 12 credits in human services (IMPORTANT: IF YOUR DEGREE IS NOT IN PSYCHOLOGY, COUNSELING OR SOCIAL WORK, PLEASE UPLOAD YOUR TRANSCRIPTS IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED).
  • Work history that includes phone triage, as well as an in depth knowledge and proven skill at doing psychiatric assessments preferred.
  • Experience in mental health crisis intervention, case management, or in home therapy preferred. 
  • Excellent, recovery-oriented interpersonal relations. 
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and to assume on call responsibilities.
  • May in the course of their duties be in rooms where medications are stored or may transport medications when they transport patients. Transportation of medication is limited from one department to another.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

  • Act 33 Child Clearance with Renewal
  • Act 34 Criminal Clearance with Renewal
  • Act 73 FBI Clearance
  • Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation
  • Comprehensive Crisis Management - CCM training is required within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter
  • Driver's License
  • Older Adult Protective Services Act
