Are interested in a rewarding career with a growing pharmacy? This role will provide ongoing support and assistance to the RN Intake Coordinators. Primary responsibilities include: Intake and data entry of complete and accurate referral information and providing clerical support to the Intake Department.

  • Acts as liaison between Intake and referral sources with initial referral information.
  • Assists Intake nurses with faxing and copying and distribution as needed.
  • Assists Intake with phone communication as needed.
  • Assures accurate transfer of patient insurance information to IVC.
  • Documents initial referral information.
  • Enters new patient information into computer system as needed.
  • Identifies and documents patient team assignment.
  • Notifies intake coordinator of pending referrals.
  • Obtains patient referral data from referral sources via phone or fax.
  • Perform clerical duties as requested.


  • High school diploma. 
  • Medical terminology and computer experience highly desirable. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required. 
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
  • Act 34 Criminal Clearance
