Accountable to assist in establishing and managing digital brand strategy and client relationships through various digital channels, setting up, selling and executing a vision, from delivering stand-alone projects to integrated campaigns, developing brand presence, tracking online and delivering brand email.

  • Analyze and interpret web metrics to determine the effectiveness of web-based programs and establish system-wide standards.
  • Contribute to improving the content and conversion points of the company's digital properties and for the promotion and growth of these same properties.
  • Contribute to reviewing technologies and exploring new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives.
  • Extract learnings, determine best-practices, and extend best-practices across the system. Assist in working as a liaison between clients and digital marketing support services including web strategy, email, social media, applications/development, SEO/PPC and analytics teams. Work with the Sr. Manager to develop comprehensive digital campaigns and solutions that achieves the marketing objectives of our clients, understanding client business needs and objectives and helping to establish consistent messaging across all digital marketing disciplines. Work with the Sr. Manager to execute and deliver the company's digital/online marketing strategy, planning and budget to include online, new media, web, e-commerce and SEO to drive the business forwards through key marketing channels.
  • Interpret brand parameters and goals and set up a vision for achieving them through communication vehicles, and help to sell this vision.
  • Keep senior management apprised of status and accomplishments.
  • Maintain current industry knowledge and trends.
  • Manage and assist in establishing and overseeing strategy for web projects of varying levels of complexity and sophistication, collaborating with departmental communications managers, physicians, administrators, web architects and programmers, and designers.
  • Manage the strategy to help development of system-wide web-based marketing campaigns as stand-alone efforts and/or in integration with existing clinical content on
  • Oversee the completion of projects across site builds, online advertising, social media, maximizing online sales opportunities and search marketing.
  • Prepare and monitor project time lines for assigned projects, which include a detailed description of major work segments, tasks to be completed, estimated start and completion dates, and assignment of resources/responsibilities.
  • To develop and maintain strong client and internal relationships with colleagues and third party providers.
  • Work as part of a team to work with clients to investigate and deploy various rich media plug-ins such as surgical animations, interactive tours, and widgets.
  • Work with the Sr. Manager to manage online branding, communications and campaigns through the company website, email marketing, building the online community, attracting new customers, search engine optimization, and search marketing.


  • Bachelors degree required, with a focus in marketing, communications, business or information technology preferred.
  • Six years experience in marketing communications, web-based program management, design, development or related field required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of web- and social media-based concepts, tools, and techniques such as search engine optimization, usability, navigation, QA testing, content development and metrics/reporting systems.
  • Experience working with interactive agencies preferred.
  • Ability to communicate complex medical information to a consumer audience.
  • Strong client project management skills. Superior oral and written communications skills. Ability to multitask. Attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and team skills.
