The department of Enterstomal Therapy specializes in wound care treatment. They treat and manage pressure injuries, traumatic wounds, and surgical incisions. This department is hiring a clinical research coordinator, a Registered Nurse to lead a clinical research study focusing on exploring low air loss therapy and the relationship to pressure injury prevention. This position is Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, standard day light hours.

The clinical research coordinator will work with physicians, nurses, other allied health professionals, and research staff to coordinate clinical research efforts provided at UPMC. This is a grant-funded position and is slated through May 2021.


  • Minimum 2 years nursing experience. 
  • BSN preferred
  • Wound care experience preferred.
  • Rating of solid/Strong/Good or higher on most recent performance evaluation 
Licensure requirements:
  • Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse license or eligible for State Board Licensure.

Salary Range: $24.27 to $41.99
