Purpose:


Do you currently have your Bachelor’s degree with a background in Information Technology? Do you have systems experience? If so, UPMC may have the perfect fit for you! UPMC Corporate Services is hiring a full time HRIS Cloud Analyst to help support the HRIS Department. This is a Monday through Friday daylight position located in downtown Pittsburgh.

The HRIS Analyst will troubleshoot problems, support end-users in day-to-day needs, maintain and enhance the human resources information system (PeopleSoft). This role will function with close supervision and guidance on expected outcome and process to follow and will gain basic functional HRIS and HR knowledge as well as UPMC processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Complete straightforward requests, including additions to base tables, update job requisitions for the web, etc.
  • Log onto HRIS ACD (phone) support line on daily basis.
  • Monitor HRIS Request mailbox, including distributing more complex requests to the appropriate staff members.
  • Provide customer service to our client community in a manner that is consistent with the service management vision of UPMC and serve as a role model for the medical center.
  • Provide support for senior HRIS staff regarding system problems including assistance with investigation, analysis, testing and correction.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or related field required. 
  • Experience with human resource information systems and analytics preferred.


Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
  • Act 34 Criminal Clearance or Act 34 Criminal Clearance with Renewal
