Provide research, clinical, and administrative support for one or more studies. Mentor, train, & assist with supervising junior research staff. 

This position is grant funded.

  • Assist in data collection, quality review of data, data analysis and data presentation and publication. 
  • Coordinate and administer questionnaires and assist with procedures for obtaining patient consent. 
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and/or manage ongoing participant communication, scheduling, and retention. 
  • Coordinate and perform duties for approved research projects according to defined protocols and procedures, with a particular emphasis on conducting screening, clinical, and diagnostic interviews. 
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, training, and supervise research staff as needed. 
  • Follow appropriate research policies and procedures including all applicable laws and regulations and maintains scientific integrity including accurate data storage. 
  • Follow the mandatory reporting procedures for any incident or serious event that did affect or potentially could have affected the clinical care of any patient/participant. 
  • Participate in team and study related meetings
  • Revise, renew and maintain IRB approval, protocols and consent forms for studies, as needed. 


  • Masters degree in psychology, health administration, or other related field is required. 
  • Five years of relevant research and/or administrative experience in a clinical or academic setting is required. 
  • Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred. 
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Products). 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
  • Act 33 Child Clearance with Renewal
  • Act 34 Criminal Clearance with Renewal
  • Act 73 FBI Clearance
  • Comprehensive Crisis Management
