Description

UPMC Health Plan is hiring a full-time Clinical Service Representative II to help support the WorkPartners HCMS Department. This is a work from home position and the ideal candidate will be located in the Colorado/Wyoming area. This position requires both daylight and evening shifts with a Monday through Friday work week.

The successful candidate will provide call center and administrative support via telephone for our rapidly growing information technology and healthcare service company, interacting with potential members and their families, nurses, pharmacists, and a medical team. This position drives enrollment in the HCMS Group KnovaSolutions® Clinical Prevention Service program. The Clinical Service Representative II reports to the Contact Center Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Initiating telephonic and email outreach to prospective KnovaSolutions members
• Completing contract support activities including: preparation of outreach letters and organization of contract materials
• Accurately preparing high quality professional written correspondence and service documentation
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clinical prevention service team members
• Responsible for meeting monthly enrollment goals

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, College degree preferred
• 2 - 3 years of customer service or call center experience required
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Knowledge of Clinical Operations required
• 1-2 years of clerical, data entry or office experience preferred
• Must have an exceptional ability to multitask
• Computer proficiency in database, word processing and spread sheet management required
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Schedule flexibility to meet business needs
