Job Summary:
Pensiamo, Inc. is hiring a Project Analyst to support the UPMC Integrations team located at the US Steel Tower. The Project Analyst will support Pensiamo's client integrations by assisting with project management documentation, cost analyses, contract management, P2P and product standardization initiatives, as well as other client activities. The Project Analyst may work closely with Project Managers and client partners to ensure that the client objectives are being met. At times, travel may exceed 50%, primarily within the United States.

  • Actively participates in implementing business processes and technologies to support Pensiamo's client integration objectives.
  • Develops and demonstrates a working knowledge of industry standard project management tools, methods, and other project management functions
  • Develops proficiencies in data collection through various reporting tools and accurately compiles and organizes data to support client mergers and acquisitions
  • Maintains a working knowledge of technologies used to support processes for data collection and analysis.
  • Meets objectives and timelines established by the Project Managers.
  • Provides analyses that are relevant to Project Managers, Pensiamo's client partners, and others for use in making decisions.


  • Bachelors Degree is required. 
  • A Bachelor Degree is Supply Chain is strongly preferred. 
  • A bachelor degree in another field will be considered with supply chain experience or supply chain internship. 
  • Supply Chain experience as a Buyer, Contract Specialist, P2P Analyst, Project Specialist, QA Analyst or Data Specialist is preferred.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Project Management Certification is a plus.
