Full Time - Day/Rotation

  • Assists in snow removal duties
  • Available for on call.
  • Have experience and can demonstrate the ability to repair Class I builders hardware both cylindrical and mortise style.
  • Install and maintain ceiling systems such as but limited to acoustical tile and suspension systems.
  • Install and repair various flooring systems.
  • Is able to work at heights off of ladders and scaffold in order to perform maintenance, repairs and new installation of above systems
  • Knowledge of general construction techniques and materials such as ability to install metals studs and drywall, install glass and glazing.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to read a rule.
  • Must have knowledge of and experience with Fire/smoke door assemblies as it relates to the installation, inspection and repair.
  • Performs wheelchair and litter maintenance and repairs.
  • Set hollow metal door jambs and hang doors.



High school degree or GED equivalent required. Knowledge of construction framing/finishing or general carpentry required. Five years in carpentry field required. Two years experience in institutional maintenance preferred. General knowledge of email, Word and other common software programs preferred

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

  • Act 34 Criminal Clearance
  • Driver's License
