Description
Are you and experienced CNA, with a passion for Hospice care? Do you prefer inpatient care? Look no further, the Hospice Aide at Canterbury Place is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Participate in all required agency meetings.
- Identify, develop and participate in process improvement opportunities within the home health agency that will enhance the quality of services we provide.
- Communicate appropriately with the interdisciplinary IPU care team in a timely manner, reporting any changes in patient's condition to appropriate professional staff.
- Provide safe and direct personal care to patients in the IPU setting under direct supervision of appropriate professional
- Fulfill agency responsibilities by completing all required forms accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) required
- 1 year of relevant experience.
