Description

Purpose:
The HR Project Coordinator is responsible for various projects including plan and report development, maintenance of data and information resources supporting programs and initiatives within the Community and Regional hospital division.

Responsibilities:

  • General involvement with all Human Resources aspects of the organization
  • Provide support, where needed, for all events and activities
  • Provide first level support for department programs and initiatives. Communicate problems or complex requests to the Management.
  • Assist in documentation of processes, standards, procedures, and policies for programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain an understanding of UPMC human resources programs, policies and procedures to support programs and initiatives
  • Participate in design, development, and implementation of programs and initiatives.
  • Assist with department administrative support.
  • Develop and maintain documents and materials to support effective roll out of programs and initiatives.
  • Develops and maintains Excel Spreadsheets and creates and develops Power Point Presentation as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Two years experience in project planning and/or administrative functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent client service skills and proven ability to deal effectively with employees.
  • Ability to coordinate projects, manage tasks, establish priorities, make decisions, and follow issues through to resolution as directed.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Detail oriented Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks Ability to function in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
  • Dependability and professionalism

Salary Range: $17.62 to $29.28 / hour
