Description
Purpose:Provide for the moderately complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and the resultant managerial reports and financial statements under general supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post moderately complex monthly journal entries.
- Prepare various account analysis on a routine basis.
- Prepare general ledger account reconciliations for designated accounts. Propose correcting entries.
- Act as a resource for entry-level accountants or administrative staff.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, special projects and training programs as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related business field required.
- Minimum of one year of related work experience required.
