Under the direction of the Clinical Director or CNO/COO as applicable, provides overall management of clinical operations to ensure the delivery of quality patient care services in the most cost-effective manner and to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies based on agency policy, procedures and direction.

  • Identify, develop and participate in process improvement opportunities within the home health agency that will enhance the quality of services we provide.
  • Provide overall integration and direction to Sr. Managers, Clinical Supervisors and Team Leaders.
  • Perform duties and job responsibilities in a fashion which coincides with the service management philosophy of the organization towards patients, visitors, staff, peers, physicians and other departments within the organization.
  • Attend compliance training and adheres to the organization standards of conduct, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet budgeted productivity and monitor staff productivity.
  • Manage department operations within budget.
  • Oversee administrative on call coverage for the agency.
  • Focus on customer service and continually strive to perform the duties of job in a manner that results in optimal patient satisfaction.
  • Overall responsibility for the clinical operations of multidisciplinary teams for home health, hospice, and private duty where appropriate to facilitate patient care integration and coordination according to Conditions of Participation, TJC standards and the policies and procedures of the home health agency.


Completion of an accredited school of professional nursing Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in related field preferred. 5 years healthcare experience required. 3 years home health experience preferred. 3 years management experience required. Proven ability to facilitate change.

  • Act 33 with renewal
  • Act 34 with renewal
  • Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
