Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring residents are served food in a timely manner.  Utilizes compassion and customer service skills to help the residents feel as at home as possible.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plates up meals in an aesthetically pleasing manner
  • Ensures that residents are only served food and beverages that adhere to their dietary restrictions, when applicable
  • Ensures that all safety guidelines are being followed properly
  • Maintains a clean work environment
  • Communicates resident concerns or issues to supervisor or clinical staff in a timely manner
  • Maintains the dignity and privacy of all residents

Qualifications

HS Diploma/GED OR 1 YR previous job experience required in lieu of HS Diploma/GED

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
  • Act 34
  • OAPSA
