Description

Purpose: 

Join the HRIS Data Entry Team!  This role supports vital functions of the
TA and HR teams.  



Responsibilities:

  • This team is responsible for all data entry within the system for all UPMC employees. This includes but is not limited to: New Hires/Transfers, Promotions, Position detail updates (hours, titles, supervisors, etc.), Licensure, Certification, and Clearance entry.
  • If it involves a change in employee information – this team is touching it.
  • Timely and accurate completion of electronic data entry into multiple UPMC databases and various software programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data being given is accurate and appropriate. Some other departments include: Onboarding, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Retirement, Finance/Accounting.
  • Work effectively with other staff and ask good questions to ensure quality of data by data monitoring, correcting errors, and reviewing data inconsistency reports generated by data management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


High School Diploma Strongly Preferred
