Description

Purpose:
Data processing and analysis of biological signals (e.g., psychophysiological, neural) collected from human subject research, including biosignals from laboratory and/or ambulatory passive sensing. Integration of signals from multiple modalities for processing and analysis (e.g., biological, behavioral, self-report, clinical). Coordination with other investigators or staff on data collection protocols, including assisting with oversight of quality control of biosignal data acquisition.

This position will involve working on a grant-funded project in collaboration with the University of Western Australia investigating emotion regulation processes in the lab and in daily life among adults with elevated depression and anxiety symptoms. • Working knowledge of scripting or syntax creation for data processing or analysis.
  • Experience working with biological, neural, psychological, behavioral, or passive sensing data.
Preferred Experience
  • Working knowledge of research methodology, including study design and data acquisition.
  • Experience with signal processing or time series analysis.
  • Prior related work experience in a research setting or with data collected from a research protocol.
