UPMC Home Health is hiring a Full Time Aide to support Pittsburgh's East End!
This is a Monday-Friday, Daylight Position. Limited Holidays and Weekends.

- Provide safe and direct personal care to patients in the home setting under direct supervision of appropriate professional.
- Attends compliance training and adheres to the organization standards of conduct, policies and procedures.
- Communicate appropriately with the interdisciplinary home care team in a timely manner, reporting any changes in patient's condition to appropriate professional staff.
- Participate in all required agency meetings.
- Identifies, develops and participates in process improvement opportunities within the home health agency that will enhance the quality of services we provide.
- Performs duties and job responsibilities in a fashion which coincides with the service management philosophy of the organization towards patients, visitors, staff, peers, physicians and other departments within the organization.
- Maintains and completes documentation accurately and promptly while in the patients home and within the agency and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED - RequiredLicensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire
