Description
Job Description/Summary/Objectives: UPMC Chautauqua at WCA seeks a Primary Care Physician (Multiple Openings) to examine, diagnose, and treat patients at WCA Hospital; manage patients through the continuum of hospital care, seeing patients in the ER and following them through the critical care unit and organizing post-acute care; order treatments and tests and consult with specialty physicians where appropriate.
Job Responsibilities:

- Order treatments and tests and consult with specialty physicians where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Must have a M.D. or equivalent;
- Completion of an U.S. ACGME or AOA approved residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine;
- Board certified or eligible for certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine;
- Must have a valid NY medical license or eligibility for licensure
