Program Coordinator- Services for the Treatment of Early Psychosis (STEP)

Description

STEP is an outpatient clinical program for the evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of people who may be experiencing early symptoms and signs of psychotic illness in a recovery-oriented setting. Our goal is to determine how early symptoms may contribute to the onset and course of psychotic disorders so we may then make better treatment decisions.

The candidate for this hire will report to the BH Supervisor. Responsibilities will include monitoring workflow processes, data collection and review among other tasks. The home base for this role will be the Oxford Building in Oakland. The schedule for this position is M-F 8a-5p, with some flexibility. Dress code is business casual. 


Responsibilities:
  • Complete progress reports.
  • Develop and oversee cooperative relationships with other internal and external communities.
  • Initiate/create/oversee quality control initiatives and training for program.
  • Oversee administrative, clinical, and/or research functions for the program.
  • Provides senior level input towards program, facilities, fiscal, staff/HR, and policy planning.

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in a human services field.
  • Five years of relevant experience. (clinical, research, administrative)

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
CCM training is required within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter

  • Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCMC)
  • Act 34
