Job Summary:Responsibilities:
- Continuously refine and maintain the processes used by the department and external vendors.
- Demonstrate service-oriented behavior in interactions with clients and co-workers.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize projects appropriately.
- Serve as marketing communications liaison to management staff and medical staff of clinical and nonclinical programs, providing consultation and strategic communications planning where appropriate.
- Manage communications projects of varying levels of complexity and sophistication as assigned. Complete projects on strategy, on time, and within budget, as applicable.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, health sciences, or a related field required.
- Completion of UPMC Summer Associate Program preferred.
- Must have knowledge of traditional and digital marketing best practices, excellent communication, multitasking, organizational, research/interviewing, writing, grammar, and interpersonal skills.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- Act 34 Criminal Clearance
