UPMC is seeking full time board certified/board eligible Geriatric Medicine physicians. Join a team of 20+ physicians and 7 advanced practice providers who specialize in the care of older adults. This position will work full time hours within Benedum Geriatric Center.
The candidate will have the opportunity to care for patients across the care-continuum. Work with a multi-disciplinary team in our Geriatric Patient-Centered Medical Home. Provide both consultative and primary hospitalist care. Develop and implement long term care plans for seniors in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and even those staying at home.
Qualifications
Board Eligible/Board Certified. The candidate will have excellent clinical and communication skills, working well in a team environment.
