Learning Coordinator


Working with a dynamic team, the Learning Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful planning, implementation, and evaluation of International Training Center (ITC) learning opportunities delivered to international clients.



  1. Assist in the planning, logistics, administration, design, and facilitation of support tasks for department programs, observerships, activities, and events.
  2. Document team processes, standards, procedures, and policies.
  3. Support special projects as identified and performs other duties as assigned.
  4. Assist in the facilitation of department programs when necessary.
  5. Identify and communicate problems or complex requests to leadership.
  6. Participate in various department training programs by troubleshooting issues, greeting participants and providing customer service.
  7. Responsible for administrative functions regarding department programs including, but not limited to: scheduling rooms/facilities/speakers; coordinating and supporting virtual learning; ordering catering; sending reminders to participants and speakers; set up of training/conference rooms; inventorying and ordering supplies, printed materials, giveaways, etc.
  8. Contribute to ongoing department quality improvement activities to enhance operational efficiencies.
  9. Assist with maintaining and tracking of department projects including gathering project information (schedules, assignments, tasks, and timelines)
  10. Assist with program spending and budget management.
  11. Track, analyze, and report trends pertaining to training programs, materials, participant feedback, while also maintaining the team calendar to reflect responsibilities for upcoming learning events.
  12. Monitor and respond to customer requests in service email accounts.
  13. Review, suggest, and/or complete modifications or updates to communication and materials including participant materials and facilitator materials for department programs.
  14. Assist with the maintenance of department tracking databases.
  15. Mentor new and junior staff.



Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, training, communications, development, or related field required. Minimum of 1-year combined experience in operations, training, or human resources required.  OR High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years combined experience in operations, training or human resources.  Demonstrated professional demeanor including customer service skills, dependability, time management skills and results-orientation. Experience working with superiors in leading operational, administrative and/or logistical needs. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and track projects. Project management and/or teaching experience preferred. Must be highly organized, creative, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work regular business hours with scheduling flexibility. Proficient skills in the use of Microsoft products and PeopleSoft, or other HRIS systems preferred.
