Focuses on customer service through establishing and maintaining relationships with clients. Ensure services are delivered within established timeframes, problem-solving, and communicating regularly with the client. Knowledgeable of occupational health industry standards and maintains industry certifications.


  • Performs following system-wide competencies/behaviors. Performs other duties as assigned. 
  • Represents the organization as a liaison between the practice and our clients. Communicates effectively with clients, patients, and staff to provide excellent customer service through daily rounding and patient satisfaction. 
  • Ensure equipment is calibrated and documented according to established protocols and industry standards. 
  • Participates in the delivery of occupational health events, training, and performs onsite services as a member of the mobile training team. 
  • Obtains vital signs and chief complaints. Completes a thorough nursing assessment. Assists providers as needed with examinations, procedures, specimen collection, and immunization administration. 
  • Assists with the development, and adherence of internal workflows to ensure quality programs, and accurate service delivery.   
  • Performs drug and alcohol collection following established regulations and protocols.  Serves as an on-call urine drug screen and breath alcohol collector 
  • Ensure that services are delivered with the highest standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and within a timely manner. Maintains staff competencies and industry certifications (DATIA, Audio, etc.) 


  • Medical Assistant Certification, Licensed Practical Nurse, or equivalent medical experience
  • Medical Assistant Certification or Licensed Practical Nurse preferred
  • BLS required
  • Occupational Health experience preferred.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Clearances must be dated within 90 days

  • Act 33 with renewal
  • Act 34 with renewal
  • Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
