Description
UPMC Community Medicine, Inc. located at U. S. Steel Tower, 57th Floor, 600 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, seeks an Internal Medicine Physician to provide routine medical care, treat generally healthy patients that come in as needed for health maintenance, management of acute illnesses, injuries, and long-term chronic health conditions. Act as first point of contact for many patients and as a result must be able to diagnose a wide range of illnesses and injuries, responsible for preventative care for patients, including regular age-appropriate testing and exams as indicated.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide routine medical care
- Treat generally healthy patients that come in as needed for health maintenance
- Management of acute illnesses, injuries, and long-term chronic health conditions
- Act as first point of contact for many patients and as a result must be able to diagnose a wide range of illnesses and injuries
- Responsible for preventative care for patients, including regular age-appropriate testing and exams as indicated.
Qualifications
- Requires a Medical Degree or its equivalent
- Applicant must have completed a Residency in Internal Medicine
- Applicant must have a valid Pennsylvania Medical License and DEA
