Description
Purpose:
Assist in the day-to-day maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and in preparing basic financial reports under direct supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post basic monthly journal entries.
- Assist in information gathering for various required management reports.
- Prepare general ledger account reconciliations for designated accounts.
- Propose correcting entries.
- Assist in administrative tasks or special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related business field required.
- Minimum of six months of related work experience preferred.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Clearances must be dated within 90 days
- Act 33 with renewal
- Act 34 with renewal
- Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
