Interventional Pain Management Specialist – North Pittsburgh

Tri Rivers Musculoskeletal Centers – UPMC has an opening for a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician fellowship-trained in interventional pain management.

The successful candidate will join an established team of five physiatrists and one certified nurse practitioner that offers exceptional patient care in five large, well-equipped offices.

The successful candidate will assess patients in an outpatient clinic setting and have access to three office-based fluoroscopy suites and radiofrequency generators. 

The candidate must be proficient in administering fluoroscopically guided injections, and familiarity with ultrasound-guided injections is considered a plus. Interest in building a busy practice with a significant portion of the caseload dedicated to injections is a reasonable expectation, as our large, multispecialty practice offers an excellent referral source.

Tri Rivers’ 22 physicians represent four musculoskeletal specialties (orthopedics, physiatry, primary-care sports medicine and rheumatology), as well as five orthopedic subspecialties (adult joint reconstruction, sports medicine, hand/UE, foot/ankle and spine). Tri Rivers’ 24 advanced practice providers work top-of-license, rounding out our robust team.
