The Green Home has a part time opportunity for a Clerk/Receptionist! This position will be 20 hours per week and will have an every other weekend rotation with it. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word, use of a telephone and have excellent customer service skills.
The Clerk/Receoptions acts as a liaison to the public for the purpose of greeting and monitoring patients, providing assistance, and directing patient concerns to appropriate areas.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all visitors and patients to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer telephone and direct calls appropriately.
- Review daily calendar to ensure all entries have been completed.
- Ensure physician orders are transcribed accurately.
- Maintain census documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Complete clerical functions
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- Act 34 with renewal
- Older Adult Protective Services Act
