Mobile Therapist/Mental Health Professional


resolve Crisis Services are seeking a Mobile Therapist/Mental Health Professional to provide mobile assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of a behavior modification intervention plan, which is individualized to each consumer. This is a community based position providing direct clinical services and support to consumers. Services are provided as prescribed by psychiatrist and in accordance with applicable regulations.


  • Provides assessment, support, resources, and behavioral modification to consumers in the community.
  • Provides direct clinical services via individual therapy and demonstrates appropriate clinical counseling skills which include family members in the formulation, development, implementation and monitoring of treatment efforts.
  • Complete thorough, timely and meaningful treatment plans and written documentation of all contacts according to established documentation requirements.
  • Develop evidence based treatment plans which adhere to the principles of strengths based, least restrictive, least intrusive clinically sound interventions
  • Assesses the frequency, intensity, and/or duration of target behaviors. Defines target behaviors in measurable ways.
  • Referral and linkage to community resources to ensure continuity of care
  • Demonstrate sound clinical insight and knowledge.
  • Participate in inter-agency planning team meetings and other organized, relevant exchanges of clinical information as requested and authorized by the Program Director or her designee
  • Attend Regulated Supervision requirement; face-to-face supervision with supervisor at least once per month for one hour.


  • Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Nursing or related human service field.
  • One year of mental health direct care experience required.
  • Training in behavioral modification, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy in behavioral modification techniques preferred.

  • Automotive Insurance
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCMC)
  • Driver's License
  • Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
  • Act 33 with renewal
  • Act 34 with renewal
  • Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
