Program Coordinator

Description

RESPOND Mobile Treatment Team (MTT) is a multidisciplinary team that includes a Clinical Director (who is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, or BCBA), Psychiatrist, a Psychiatric nurse, a Master’s level Behavior Analyst, a Master’s level Mental Health Professional, and two Master’s level Behavior Specialists. The RESPOND MTT provides mental health assessment and treatment, psychiatric services, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment, and the physical and behavioral health coordination of care for youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities (including autism), comorbid mental health diagnoses, and severe challenging behaviors living in residential settings. 

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the efficient operations of the projects/programs within the department in addition to being the primary lead for the Mobile Treatment Team. Masters degree and five years of relevant experience (preferably with children in a behavioral health setting) required. Experience with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will also have prior leadership experience. The schedule for this position will vary and can include evenings and the occasional weekend day based upon need.



Responsibilities:

 

  • Complete progress reports.
  • Develop and oversee cooperative relationships with other internal and external communities.
  • Initiate/create/oversee quality control initiatives and training for program.
  • Oversee administrative, clinical, and/or research functions for the program.
  • Provides senior level input towards program, facilities, fiscal, staff/HR, and policy planning.

 

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in a human services field.
  • Five years of relevant experience. (clinical, research, administrative)


Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Driver's License
  • Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
  • Act 33 with renewal
  • Act 34 with renewal
  • Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
