Manage coordination and supervision of the Call Center staff who are charged with the scheduling and registration for Outpatient Imaging. De-escalate any issues with patients and/or offices.

This position will work one of the following shifts as determined by the Manager: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.


  • Perform random audits of staff work to monitor performance, quality, and metrics. Provide timely performance evaluations for staff.
  • Establish performance measurements for all processes.
  • Monitor and ensure agents are adhering to workflows and call center metrics. 
  • Assist management in the development and guidance to staff in their daily activities.
  • Investigate and resolve all issues presented by staff.
  • Review workflow to maximize automated systems.
  • Assist Information Services in the development and implementation of computer enhancements.



  • Bachelor's of Science in healthcare administration, finance, or related field and one year of healthcare billing, registration, or patient business services
  • OR High school Diploma or Equivalent and three years of healthcare billing, registration, or patient business services
  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience required

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Clearances must be dated within 90 days

  • Act 33 with renewal
  • Act 34 with renewal
  • Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
