Description

Our Western Maryland Supply Chain team is looking for temporary support.  This Accounts Payable Clerk will directly support analysts with account payable tasks.  This position is responsible for the coding, processing, and entering of invoices and payments to the proper budgets in a timely manner.

This is a Part-Time temporary opportunity.  The assignment would be for 45-60 days.  Apply now to join this great team!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accounts payable, including preparing all invoices and paperwork for payment.
  • Consistently demonstrates internal and external quality customer service standards to all that request assistance, responding in a professional manner.
  • Independently resolves department inquiries with both internal and external clients.
  • Review source documents and follows up on missing or unclear information as needed.
  • Perform data entry into department specific software.
  • May perform other duties such as filing, record retrieval, ordering of supplies, answering phones, etc.
  • *Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors.
  • *Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • High School diploma preferred
  • Accounts Payable experience preferred
  • Ability to be trained on AP software preferred
