Data Entry Professional - Temporary


UPMC Health Plan has an exciting opportunity for a temporary Data Entry Professional on the Medicare Marketing team in its downtown Pittsburgh location at the U.S. Steel Tower. This position will include some Saturday hours.

This temporary assignment will begin in August and run through December.


  • Accurately verify and edit/update data in communication with client management database.
  • Learning mail scanning software and daily sorting of business reply mail.
  • Timely and accurate completion of data entry into multiple UPMC databases and various software programs (i.e. Microsoft Excel).
  • Work effectively with other staff to ensure quality of data by data monitoring and correcting errors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma is strongly preferred.
  • Previous data entry and administration experience are preferred.
  • Willingness to work on Saturdays is required.
