Description

Purpose:
Assists in the overall operations of Occupation Health client services including orientation, training and coordination of client liaison staff coverage. Focuses on customer service through establishing and maintain relationships with clients. Supports client service liaisons for 11 Express Care locations across 5 counties (Adams, York, Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin). 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors.
  • Represents the organization to local businesses and at community events.
  • Ability to perform both front and back office functions such as appointment scheduling, collect payments, balance cash drawer, comprehensive charge capture and provide patient care.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained in good working condition, calibrated and documented according to established protocols and industry standards.
  • Create and maintains the Client Liaison and on-call Drug Screen Collector schedules.
  • Coordinates occupational health events and performs onsite services such as vaccinations, audio and vision screenings.
  • Obtains vital signs and chief complaints. Completes thorough nursing assessment. Assists provider as needed with examinations, procedures, specimen collection and immunization administration.
  • DOT and Non-DOT Consortium management. Notifies companies of random pulls and presents the Medical Review Officer with appropriate information related to drug screen results.
  • Ensure that services are delivered with the highest standards of quality, regulatory compliance and within a timely manner. Maintains staff competencies.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Medical Assistant Certification or Licensed Practical NurseLicensure/Certification: Medical Assistant Certification or Licensed Practical Nurse required
  • BLS required
  • Occupational Health experience preferred


Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Clearances must be dated within 90 days
 

  • Act 33 with renewal
  • Act 34 with renewal
  • Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
