Description

Our UPMC Enterprises Human Resources Team is looking for an administrative professional to join our team as a Temporary HR Administrative Assistant.  This is a full-time, temporary assignment and we're searching for someone to partner with us for a special project for approximately one month.

This position is located in Bakery Square and will work daylight hours, Monday through Friday, while in the temporary role.

This special project involves a performance management transition and supports the vision and mission of UPMC and the Guiding Principles of UPMC Enterprises.  The ideal candidate is detail oriented and very organized.  Apply online today to be considered for the opportunity!


Responsibilities:

  • Work in two performance management systems
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize highly confidential electronic files, including data entry
  • Data retrieval and storage
  • Deliver thorough solutions to support the mission and goals of the organization and effectively support teamwide and systemwide project
  • Approach work in a way that is: focused on excellence, innovation, and creativity; committed to listening and learning; collaborative in nature; dedicated to improving the employee experience

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Two years of administrative support working experience is highly preferred
  • Experience working in Human Resources preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience with Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Knowledge of performance management systems
  • Experience with navigating basic applications like Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Highly organized and timely
