We are hiring a Recruitment Researcher for our UPMC Corporate Human Resources Team.  This full-time position works daylight hours, Monday through Friday, in a hybrid work model.

The Recruitment Researcher will provide overall recruitment support to members of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team. This team includes Revenue Cycle, Supply Chain, Marketing & Communications, IT, Finance, Safety & Security and many other departments within UPMC corporate services. The Recruitment Researcher will be responsible for assisting in various stages of the recruitment process including sourcing of candidates, interview scheduling, applicant review, reporting and more.

  • Assist the corporate talent acquisition team in various areas based on req volume
  • Candidate generation through online sourcing, win back campaigns and other recruitment strategies.
  • Interview scheduling for candidates
  • Assist with reporting needs – This includes running regular reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in addition to ad hoc reporting.
  • Document creation for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Research professional associations, networking groups, websites, etc.
  • Assist in the development and execution of Talent Acquisition events.
  • Employee referral management.



  • High school diploma or equivalent required and three years of progressively responsible administrative experience required (preferably in a talent acquisition environment)
    • OR Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
    • OR successful completion of the UPMC Summer Associate Program/Pittsburgh Fellows Program required.
  • Experience with the MS Office package is required.
  • Ability to multiple tasks and projects, and forge strong interpersonal relationships within the department, with other departments, and with external audiences required.

Attention to detail, with skills in customer orientation and the ability to deal with ambiguity required
