Digital Product Manager II- Telehealth

The Product Manager II will support the development of the telehealth and digital health growth strategy, working across the enterprise to build strategic alliances with our clinical and cross-functional partners. This person is a big-picture-thinker with superior execution skills. The Product Manager will be responsible for interfacing regularly with leaders and must possess a high level of executive presence and polish. Ability to synthesize and clearly articulate complex ideas, both verbally and in writing, are critical skills for this position.  The successful candidate is a curious and tenacious problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a sense of humor. This person is eager to work with a close-knit team that is passionate about transforming healthcare.  This will be a Hybrid position working from home and in office.


  • Manage strategic initiatives from concept development through execution.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to help advance initiatives, and ensure business and strategy alignment.
  • Develop business cases, program evaluations and strategy documents that help secure project investment. 
  • Define and track KPIs to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and analyze the telehealth and digital health landscape ongoing, and regularly report on industry trends, competitive activity and other relevant market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the Health Plan’s Marketing Intelligence team to design primary research and generate market insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Develop strategies that drive and inform product development roadmaps and collaborate with product managers to define product vision and strategy.
  • Support management of telehealth team operations and planning using a lean/agile framework.
  • Work with analysts to derive actionable insights from member data and translate into consumable, executive-level presentations and reports as needed.
  • Apply thought leadership and strategic thinking skills to support projects across the department as needed.



  • Bachelor's degree MIS, Information Technology, HCI, Business, or equivalent.
  • 3-7 Years experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or related field.
  • Experience contributing to large digital efforts (1y+/multi-million dollar product development efforts in the web and Mobile space).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience working across disciplines (IT, Marketing, Sales, etc.) and analyzing stakeholder needs SDLC.
  • Ability to apply great ideas from multiple diverse sources to find the best solution to a problem or set of problems.
  • Self- starter with ability to deal with ambiguity and to adapt and embrace change.
  • Skill with computers and mobile devices; able to use and adopt necessary software productivity products and new platforms as needed.
  • Stakeholder communication and negotiation and Health insurance or healthcare experience.
  • Agile/Scrum exposure as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
  • Experience presenting to all levels of an organization.
  • Analytics/data-driven background.
  • Experience with multi-channel digital asset delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse groups to create requirements in Job Story (JTBD) format.
