The location supervisor will manage the daily happenings of staff including the staff schedule, agent performance reports, and monitor and maintain employee engagement metrics. This position will report to the Director of Operations in MedCall and be in daily communication with leaders in MedCall Central PA.


  • Monitor and adhere to data quality standards of information obtained and entered in the system
  • Review workflow to maximize automated systems.
  • Assist Information Services in the development and implementation of computer enhancements.
  • Engage in open communication with department stakeholders and participate in the training of staff. Interact with external parties regarding the performance and usage statistics.
  • Investigate and resolve all issues presented by staff and escalate problems as needed.
  • Act as a bridge between staff and leadership team.
  • Work with Physician Liaison and Leadership team in outreach.
  • Establish performance measurements for all processes including internal communication workflows, and timely staff performance evaluations.
  • Perform random audits of staff work to monitor performance and quality.
  • Provide timely performance evaluations for staff.
  • Assist management in the development and guidance to staff in their daily activities.
  • Engage in department growth activities including onboard, orientation, recruitment, and retention.
  • Assist data analyst in relevant aggregation.
  • Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



  • Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or related field and 1 year of healthcare billing, registration, or Call Center; Or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of healthcare billing, registration, or Call Center experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of medical terminology, third party payer billing requirements and reimbursement practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively solve problems and make independent decisions.
  • Prior working experience on personal computers and various office equipment

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Clearances must be dated within 90 days

  • Act 33 with renewal
  • Act 34 with renewal
  • Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
