Threat Assessment Hub Manager

Description

Purpose:
The Threat Assessment Hub Manager will be working closely with PCCDs Project Coordinator and Project Director/Lead Subject Matter Expert (SME). They will be responsible for ensuring alignment of regional implementation efforts with DHS Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships (CP3) program goals, including needs assessment, program and training coordination, technical assistance delivery, and other services.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Assist and/or prepare the required state, federal, and county reports in accordance with the assigned due dates in relation to the grant.
  • Respond to fiscally related requests for information and inquiries related to the grant.
  • Assist in the preparation of required fiscal and program grant reports to PCCD.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and documentation is maintained appropriately.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in Hub meetings and other stakeholder events.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures for regional project site.
  • Coordinate with Hub members and other project partners to identify implementation challenges and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Facilitate delivery of professional development training, technical assistance, and other resources from state-level partners to support implementation of key project activities.
  • Assist with coordinating development and launch of policies and procedures, including information sharing agreements, within the Regional Hub and serve as a liaison with PCCD other project partners.
  • Collaborate with other partners to support implementation of key activities across threat assessment and management, bystander training, and hotline initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree awarded by accredited postsecondary institution
  • At least two (2) years of experience with threat assessment and management practices
  • Experience serving in project management roles and working with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the Southwestern Pennsylvania region as well as key federal, state, and local systems inherent to threat assessment/management practices
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office, desktop publishing, and related technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, community organizations, and community leaders and government officials
  • Budget preparation, management, and reporting skills and experience
  • Able to learn and manage grant related administrative activities
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments with responsibility to multiple constituencies
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

  • Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
  • Act 33 with renewal
  • Act 34 with renewal
  • Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
